Returns & Refund Policy for goods sold by LOL-Network

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your goods must be in the original packaging and include all accessories within the packaging.

Please contact us via our contact form to initiate a returns procedure. Its important that we speak to you to give you the correct returns address as we use lots of different suppliers.

It’s your responsibility to fund the return to our distribution centers.


Refunds for LOL-Network goods

If you have sent back electrical goods that are faulty or damaged, we will send it for testing to a repair centre.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a bank transfer to a chosen UK bank account that you have supplied on the returns form.

You will receive the credit within 14 days, after the repair results have been confirmed. It’s important that if proven that the fault is not covered under manufacturer’s warranty, and that the fault is caused by accidental damage, then we will ship the goods back to you and charge a shipping fee.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.   

Returns & Refunds for non LOL-Network goods. 

Any returns or refunds for items purchased from a marketplace vendor, must be done in accordance with the vendors own shipping and returns policy.
